Sorry for the off topic, this post has nothing to do with fine phones, or the upcoming Nokia N8 (oh baby, I can't wait)!
So, I was on ChatRoulette with some friends today, when we noticed a message that we'd never seen before:
What could this mean?
Well, we don't know for certain, but I have a theory. When someone is reported on ChatRoulette, the number of reports is now tallied up. Once that person reaches a certain level of reports, instead of being banned, they'll only be able to connect with other people at the same report level, which explains why ChatRoulette reloads after receiving the above message. This means that all the people with questionable content being displayed through their webcams will be grouped together away from everyone else.
Thoughts? Is this the solution to ChatRoulette's problem?

well... i was noticing this message too, but in my case CR just relaods randomly after a period of time too. so i don't know if you're theory is right
When i get this message i get the blue screen of death and windows crashes.
Now that I think about it, I'm also starting to doubt my theory. Maybe the maker is actually going to turn Chatroulette into a game with proper levels? But how would you level up?
@Anonymous #2, are you being serious? Sounds pretty bad...
Anyone else have any ideas?
Thanks.
Maybe if you get reportd you don't level up?
Well I get this but never when i dont want it. once it interrupts like a cool conversation with wisconsin girl or a maryland lax player i'll be pissed
I reckon it's to stop the huge slowdown lag that was happening.
you get grouped with a 100 or so randoms. you get 20 connects - then it switches you to another group. each group is on a different server.
it has definately improved the speed.

Yeah i think the same. Now you are often connected with the same people. Sometimes it happens, that you connect in one level two or three times with one person. This could be the reason with the levels.
I heard that you pass a level when people "next" you and you dont "next" anyone or get reported.
